We are so happy to be hosting you at The Historic District Hideaway studio! Below are the house rules and helpful information! We will send over the house manual and address as soon as you book! 

House Rules & Additional Info 

House Rules

  • Please take the trash out before you leave.

  • Parties are NOT allowed. There will be a $50 cleaning fee for each unauthorized guest in the house during your stay. 

  • Please clean the grill after each use and dispose of any food scraps in the trash can inside so we don't attract critters! 

  • Please respect quiet hours between 10:30PM-7AM

Booking Fees

  • Cleaning Fee:$60

  • Local Taxes

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled 13 days or less before the stay.
